I served as creative director on the Charles Schwab account for a few years. During that time, I witnessed how the organization made strategic plans to secure and grow their older, established clientele while also shifted to appeal more to younger prospects, native to digital, and quickly accumulating wealth to invest on their own. People love to muse on what the next brilliant investment sector might be. However, rarely will people follow through without a nudge. This campaign activated the familiar phrase, "Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is," to challenge people to introduce and explore the new Schwab Investing Themes.

Our insight was simple: planning works. Those investors who created and stuck to a plan had a net worth2.5x higher than those who didn’t. So our simple approach was to show scenarios where there was obviously planning involved.
